Recruitment process for the Physiotherapist

US-Physio recruitment process comprises of 4 phases:

The first phase is the Initial Evaluation Process, where US-Physio
  • Review your curriculum vitae/resume and recommend the appropriate English proficiency test (if required).
The second phase is the Credentialing Phase; the FCCPT reviews your post- secondary education to determine its US equivalency.
  • It involves completing an online application form and paying a base service fee of $750.
The third phase is the Licensure Phase; you sit the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
  • You will be required to register, pay and travel to the US State to sit the board exam after which a license will be issued to successful candidate. Once a license is issued, you are authorised to practise as a Physiotherapist in the US state.
Our organization will provide the necessary guidance on travel (especially for those who require a visa) and accommodation throughout this period.

The fourth and final phase is the Placement; where our attorneys and consultants take the necessary steps with our partners in:
  • Offering contract of employment and providing required documentation for employment, visa and immigration application.

This is a very detailed and systematic process, but with so many vacancies to fill and the average Physiotherapist earning $50,000pa in the US, do you think it's worth it? Yes we do!
